On a 30-year jumbo mortgage, the average rate is 4.25% with an APR of 4.29%. The average rate on a 5/1 ARM is 2.93% with an APR of 4.03%.
30-Year Fixed-Rate Mortgage Rates
Today, the average rate for the benchmark 30-year fixed mortgage rose to 4.23%. One week ago, the 30-year fixed was 4.20%. The 52-week high is 4.23%.
